Welcome to The Apollo
A restaurant and a lounge under one roof, built for the long evening, the one that starts early and carries on late. Bronze, marble and low light, a kitchen that takes its cooking seriously, and no interest in turning your table.
Stay for the whole evening. That is rather the point.

Cooked to be eaten slowly
A short menu, changed when it needs changing rather than on a schedule. Everything comes out of one kitchen, plated to be looked at for a moment before it is eaten.
Come for a full dinner or for three plates and a bottle at the bar. The room is built for both.
The Interior
Bronze, marble and velvet, under lighting kept deliberately low.
Cigar Room
A room of its own for a cigar and a last glass, properly ventilated.
VIP Rooms
Private tables behind their own doors, for dinners meant to stay private.
